We designed and made this suite of Chapel Furniture in 2015 for St. Francis’s Hospice in Dublin, as part of a larger fit-out project we were doing there.
Working with Burke Kennedy Doyle Architects we developed concepts for the Altar, Ambo and a frame to display an existing stained-glass panel.
The pieces were designed to be simple and light match the minimalist interior and were made in Oak. A lovely project to be involved in and although this was only a small part of the project that included furniture for patient rooms and reception desks this for me was the most memorable part.
